Where do you ship from?
All of our orders will be shipped from Austin, TX.
We do not offer local pick up.

When will items be back in stock?
The best way learn about our restocks and new product drops is to follow us on Instagram @shop.sleeper

What is your shipping schedule?
We try our best to process all orders within 2 days of being placed. You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you have ordered a custom piece it may take up to two weeks from purchase to shipment. Please be patient I will send updates for customs.

When will my order arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most domestic orders will take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days. You will receive a shipping notification, when your order has shipped. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! We will not resend or refund items due to incorrect shipping information.

What is your store's exchange and return policy?
Due to the small scale and stock of Sleeper, all sales are final. We do not offer returns on pins, patches, or stickers, or jewelry. If you have issues with sizing contact @shop.sleeper on instagram or email [email protected]

We try our best to describe how apparel will fit, but we understand how hard it is shopping online! We will accept apparel size exchanges ONLY. No exchanges for a different item will be accepted. We can resize rings and necklace chains. Please contact @shop.sleeper on instagram or email [email protected] if a resize is needed

Size exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the received date. Exchange shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. To set up an exchange, please contact @shop.sleeper on instagram or email @[email protected]

What if I received the wrong item or an issue with the item received

Unfortunately, errors occasionally occur. If an item you received is incorrect, or is damaged, please contact us at @shopsleeper on instagram or email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will resolve the issue. 

Where is my tracking number?
I will send an email of your tracking number after your item has been shipped.
